Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

 I also tried saving the pictures to the gallery, but although they appear to be legitimate images there, they show up as black pictures when I place them down. I've lost every picture I saved since I started my account, and all those memories are gone. Unfortunately, there's no way to recover these pictures caused by this glitch, and even repairing the game, marking the save as old, or starting a new file won't fix the issue. I caught an error once and I should have taken a picture it said something about attack, delete something and what’s interesting is I tried to save the paintings and pictures inside a street vendor and place that vendor in my personal inventory and you can tell it was trying to access that vendor to delete those paintings because it kept throwing a vendor error. I started a new game since then.
