Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

I'm experiencing an issue in the sims 4 where any paintings made using ''paint from reference turn completly withe after i reload the game. This happens consistently and affects all paintings fone with paint by reference.
I'm not using any mods or CC - I've tested it in different housegolds and saves, and the issue still occurs. Since septembres's update. Plase fix it- it's very frustrating.
