Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (after 1.102.190/1.82)

Problem started up again with the adventure awaits photo frames where you can have pictures rotate.  Every picture I had in those frames - set to rotate every 3 hours - finished playing for the day and when I went back in that household the next day, all the  pictures in those 2 frames turned black.  Lost a lot of pictures - so many to the point that I see no reason to even bother with taking pictures anymore!   

This is what happens when you make something only available through events and if you don't do the events, you will never get those frames.  Yet, I feel like I inherited another problem because I did the event!  Makes me want to skip the next one!   

On that note: If they want our saves to show them where the problem is -- because they cannot find it, then if they are truly interested in wanting to fix the issues, maybe it would be wise to find another way, in house, not through google or microsoft 3rd party applications, to get the saves we might be able to produce.   IMO there could be more info about saving games and the 5 slots that everyone calls saves.  because I find that whole thing confusing.  

There are lots who only want to play - I don't think anyone thought they would have to have some programming understanding or skills to play a game.   those who create mod's and that MCCC I have read so much about, they have a better understanding of what's what, what to look for, but even then, those who have said "here's the problem, here's how to fix it, those folks feel like they have not been heard.  (per evertything I have read on this site alone.)   I am problem venting now...  IMO... yep!!!
