After claiming the new digital photo frames from the Forever Friends Event, I added some photos from my Sims inventory into the frame. After playing for a while I save and quit the game. Upon reloading the game the next day, I found all of the photos that were placed inside this frame had turned black and were deleted. :(
Any other photos on the walls, in other frames, or in my sims inventory remained and are still fine. I was compelled to make this thread after I just watched Lilsimsie's video on the event and the same thing happened to her. She also used the photo frame in another save and lost the photos in her legacy save and talked about that in the video as well. (Video is titled "the new sims event is BORING!!!" lol)
I am aware that there is another bug that has happened before with photos on the wall, but I did not see a thread or anyone really talking about the new frame from the event being broken. Don't put any photos in there that you are not willing to lose!
