You guys haven't made any effort to track or fix this bug whatsoever it's ridiculous, you guys are going to lose all players between the constant unfixed glitches and the ridiculous sale, the Sims is going to fall through and it's nobodies fault but you guys at ea, this glitch is still ongoing I have just lost 2 generations worth of photos ranging from infant to young adult I'm so sick of this.
