Placing lots from the gallery freezes game/endless loading

Yes, I'm experiencing this exact issue too, it started since the For Rent patch. I never had it before, and then had it regularly from then on. I distinctly remember it was that patch, and had it happen on Mac and on PC, with all packs installed. I have no residential rentals in my game (out of fear of the other issues).

Repro steps:

1. It happens after placing several lots after another on any world's lot from the gallery. And it is not bound to a certain gallery build, because if i restart the game and try that exact one that loaded endlessly before, it now places without endlessly loading. It seems to me more like a memory issue that accumulates over time when placing from gallery, OR is connected to changing lot types when placing a residential and then a restaurant and then back a residential after another. 
   I definitely had the impression that a mix of different lot types placed after another was making it happen more often.
2. It is very hard to reproduce intentionally, but happens really often (every 5 - 10 lot placements after another). Especially happens on big lots, like 50x50 and 64x64, try churches, big castles, big villas, those have it often happen after already the 3rd gallery placement. While smaller lots have it happen too, but more rarely.
3. There are cases where a specific lot always creates endless loading, but i think that issue is seperate. The above lots were loading correctly when i restarted and placed it again as the very first lot.
4. The way I place from gallery:
   1. I enter build mode from World screen, then change lighting to daylight, then disable grid, then open the gallery and place a saved build from my own gallery (but built by others). I always have MOO on.
   2. When it places i disable grid, move around the camera to inspect it, go levels up and down. 
   3. Then I go again into gallery and place another one. And repeat around 10 times until i get endless loading. Some of those builds have the same lot type, some not. I feel it breaks more often if they arent the same, often breaks when i had a restaurant in the mix, but not always. The lots are always fitting the exact size. Bigger lots are making it happen more often.
   4. Then either of 3 issues happen: 
      1. it either endlessly loads when i hit the go to manage worlds button. The loading screen never ends and the plumbob spins in a regular animation instead of having little animation jumps (which always is a sign that it actually worked)
      2. or it already endlessly loads on placing (that one shows me a gray overlay that is unclickable)
      3. or it completely crashes and closes the game.

I'm getting this last exception error in build mode/when placing my lot. I removed all of my CC/mods to see if that was the cause, but it still occurs infrequently with nothing installed. I started a new save when I removed everything to test for the issue and the LE popped up again. It seems to be related to small businesses, but as stated, this lot was never one. When I started this save a week ago to build, I had no small businesses in my save and haven't been in gameplay.

I'm new to this new forum, I honestly thought my LE attached. Anyway, I hope this is what you're after.

The LE contains XML which is why you can't upload. At AHQ there was a workaround as you could upload it as rar file but those are not allowed here so copy/pasting is the way to go :D

Do you just get the LE or can you not place the lot ? Is this the only lot you have issues with and did you create it from scratch or did you download something from the gallery and change from there ?

To be sure, you do own the pack ?

I can place the lot, other than the LE nothing seems to be too unusual. This is the only lot I have noticed with the issue, but I haven't spent any time building anthing else all week. And yeah, I created this lot from scratch after bulldozing the BFF house. And I do own the pack, I own almost everything except a few kits. I also repaired my game before I started a new unmodded save, and it didn't help unfortunately. Thought it might also be helpful to mention that.

I put it on the Gallery. The lot did contain some CC so it's missing some doors... but it's up for testing under the name The Smith Residence TEST. I don't get the error every time but it does happen often.
