Placing lots from the gallery freezes game/endless loading

Computer: PC, Windows 10

I am having issues with the game after the February 25th update where trying to use the gallery effectively doesn't work. I am connected to the internet and initially it'll work fine but when trying to use it repeatedly, such as trying out multiple uploaded lots, the gallery will become stuck on the loading screen and won't load anymore lots, and will tell me that it is having issues. I have tried updating my drivers, removing the tray file, removing all mods, and repairing the game but it still keeps happening. These attempts initially worked for a bit but eventually the gallery would freeze again. Any help would be appreciated.

I also recently upgraded my computer so it is possible that it's related to that but as far as I can tell my GPU, CPU and ram is all working as intended. Again, I made sure drivers were updated as I heard that that could cause some issues.

When placing lots from the gallery (both while loaded onto the lot or from the world map) or saving the game while in Build/Buy mode can frequently cause an infinite loading screen when the Horse Ranch expansion pack is installed. This issue doesn't occur immediately, and only occurs after placing around 4 to 5 lots (at least for me). This has occurred both with mods installed (MCC and UI Cheats) and on an unmodded fresh vanilla save. Repairing the game also did not fix the issue.
I own all of the packs, but I am 100% confident that Horse Ranch is responsible for this bug. This issue only started occurring after installing the Horse Ranch expansion and disabling it in advanced start options in the EA App solved the issue.

The for rent patch has done a number on some lots and they just don't work anymore so it's just about collecting data and not any creator blaming :D

I did. It was probably the build. Never had that happen before. Could replace Foxbury Commons and the cafe with a restaurant, no problem. Thanks! Lesson learned.

Could you test if downloading a different building does the same ?

Well, I've placed lots there before. It did it with most lots, so I don't know if it's lot specific. The existing lot looked weird too when it went to place it. The lot was honeydew fields in Brichester. The lot from the gallery was an older Brichester townhome. It's a fresh save and my sim just moved there.

I had some problems with the reapers reward event that have been fixed. Now I encountered a new problem.
When I go to download a lot from the gallery or place a lot from my library, the game crashes.
I'm playing with no mods now and a just repaired game. No pics.
