After new pack, B&H my regular plants don't produce harvestables. Out and indoor - sometimes only need is bug spray. It does accure both in planters and on ground.

I just wanted to say I have mods. So I can't do what you kindly asked. But, I just wanted to add that the plants in my sims garden, and the plants in the world - there is no fruit or veg on them. And if you do the cheat - shift click - all options are there apart from try to make them blossom - the box appears, but the boxes are white boxes with red crosses. As though blossoming has been removed from the game almost.
I'm too scared to remove my mods, as I just got everything working since the update before. before But, of course we are here now, because the latest update - removed the ability to make plants blossom.
As above, sorry that I can't help - through fear - as per above.
