I've had this happen a few times in my game (I can't remember when it started). When my Sims are eating or drinking, after they clean up, the glass or plate will stay in their hand.
They will go about everything normally, as if it's not there, but the glass or plate will eventually get the green gas indicating it's spoiled. It does go away eventually, but the solution isn't the same each time.

Yeah i get this happening with books every so often now instead of the plates.
this happens to my my caregiver sims when they try to give food to their toddlers. I click on "give food", and the sim puts the toddle into the highchair and never gives the food to the toddler, it gets stuck on their hands. This started happening today but tbf, my toddlers has just aged up (didnt have this issue when they were infants).
on PC, mods are not enabled.
What the title says. I'm on console and I'm not entirely sure when it started happening, I only recently started playing on my PS4. Now, this seems to happen every time after said interaction and the drink stays in hand until reloading the lot.
I currently only have Growing Together and Discover University.
This issue has been posted before by a Mac user, but I wonder if this is different since I'm on a different platform. Sorry if that's not the case.
