Can’t save my game. When I switch to needs etc game sends me to load screen. Cursor disappears so I can’t even scroll or play when the save option works which is like 10% of the time. Spent sooo much money on this game and being unable to play is disappointing. Please fix soon!!!!

I have the sims 4 on an Xbox and it just randomly gets rid of the cursor and title never comes back then if I open the menu I can't close it out after
When I am in regular gameplay (not CAS or build mode) my cursor disappears and instead it swaps to the hover function? Normally to change this I would press the large button on my PS5 controller, but this does not resolve the issue. It makes my game unplayable, though I can still access the menu to save and exit.
This is happening to me on Xbox series c since the last update, I can only fix it by using a mouse and keyboard. It happens in build mode, live mode and cas. It’s really frustrating and making the game unplayable.
Idk what's up. After the latest update (have set to auto-update) stuff has been wackadoodles. I'm getting kicked out of the game (loosing progress 😫), in the middle of something and all of a sudden I cant control anything... like the cursor disappears and I have to shut my controller off for a min and turn it back on so I can move it. Rn, right this min, im frozen in Create-a-sim bc i cant move my cursor. I just wanted to reset everyday outfits to Summer! Jeesh. Sims are also getting frozen a LOT more frequently. Anybody else having issues like this?
Thought it was just me and my controller lol. I play on Xbox s but it's been happening to me too the last like 3 or 4 days.
So I’m not sure if it’s a bug or a tech issue. The cursor technically “works” but you can’t see where it is on screen. In live mode, bb, and cas you only know where it is based on what lights up but doesn’t show the cursor icon. I’m still able to click on things and select options.

Hello! I'm playing Sims 4 on the Xbox series x and my cursor disappears as soon as my save file loads. I'm able to get it back by restoring default settings and applying changes. I'm finding it annoying. Is there any way to fix this? Should I report the bug and how?

So I have just made as new game because I lost my city neighbour (san myshuno) totally (was white) I think my saved game was corrupted, so I have moved all my family's over to a new game but now my curser keeps disappearing in game play I have to keep going back out to manage game and back in again for it to come back its a pain, any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
xAutumnAngelx is this by any chance since the Deck the Palms Event started this week? Because my cursor is going off after claiming rewards, then again once I'm in the game. It stops doing it once I've powercycled the console and restarted my game. Toggling the cursor back on (with the button with 2 squares on the left hand side) works from the Sims homepage but not when it disappears in the game.
So if it is after claiming event rewards I'd suggest restarting the console after claiming instead of going straight into your game.
If not I'd check that your console and controller are both up to date. The console doesn't always update the controller automatically. Go to Profile & system >Settings >Devices & connections to update the controller. You could also try reinstalling your game if you didn't do that after your last issue and clear your locally saved data by selecting Sims 4 on your console home screen using the menu button (3 lines) go to Manage Game and Add-ons>Saved Data. You'll see 2 sets of data, pick the set next to your gamertag/username and select delete from console only (this step should be carried out while the game is not running). Then immediately load up your game and it will sync up with the cloud and retrieve your data.
