Hello I bought Sims 4 I've been having it for quite a while it had a glitch problem that it was stopped in the middle of a game that I'm paying Sims and then I will have to report it I was okay with that and now it's I have to accept EA cookies when I log into the game every time and adjust the picture to my TV screen and the game will not connect to the Internet so I can't get any news from The Sims because it won't connect to the internet and even though my game system is connected to the internet the game itself won't connect to the internet
