This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5.
The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...
Ideas
I play on Xbox, and every time I open the game the configurations just get refreshed
I have to change the camera and cursor options every time I want to play - and it is annoying to do so
