This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5.
The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I am playing on Xbox and for some reason everytime when I load into a game the settings keep reverting back to default settings. Also some setting options, like disabling the eco lifestyle NAPS, show that they are disable but still happen in game. It is so annoying having to constantly change settings when I try to play.
I have tried uninstalling everything, that doesn't work. I reset everything to default and restarted the game but that also didn't work.
I'm having similar issues on PS4 since the latest patch (the one that was originally delayed for console) where the game options are totally resetting every time. I am constantly turning off in game music and the mood sting sounds but they are playing every time even when set to 0% or checked off.
I've also had a few crashes. Two in the same save file were during the afterlife anonymous event in Ravenswood, not sure if that was the cause but I haven't had a crash since and haven't travelled back to that area of Ravenswood just in case.
Im ps5 mine is happening on control settings ie trail animation show controls legend also tutorial and audio settings so annoying having to adjust every time i play
