[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

on my xbox series x console, almost all of these settings that keep getting turned back on are ones I have always kept disabled because they cause my game to lag, stutter, and cause longer loading screens really bad. After this update my game has slowly been getting worse and worse with lag, stutter and loading screens everyday and its causing the game to become more unenjoyable and closer to unplayable. I had zero lag, stutter and my loading screens were very fast before this update. Its getting very close to how the game ran for me on my old original xbox console and I upgraded to a xbox series x console for the better performance. Atleast it hasn't gotten so bad that it takes 15 minutes to get to the main menu to load a save file after launching the game yet, like it was on my original xbox console.
