[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I don't like playing with the default music so the volume is always turned down. After the last update I now I have to change the setting back to 0% EVERY SINGLE time. It doesn't seem to matter of I change the setting in game or from main menu. I would also like to reiterate the broken werewolf nose glitch. Won't be buying packs again because this feels unplayable
