[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

On the side of my screen its showing the controls but even when I turn them off in settings they are still showing up. Can anyone please help me get rid of them. They are so annoying

Press save, then game options, then other, then uncheck show controls legend on the right hand side
