[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I'm also having this issue on Xbox. Every time I open the game I have to readjust my settings. Not in every category, but the settings under the "Tutorial & Tips", "Sims Delivery", and "Other" categories have to be adjusted to my preferences every time I launch the game.
