It’s been like this for a few months and I’ve noticed that a few other people on console were having the same issue recently. There were issues with pc players a few years ago and there’s a solution to that, but on console there isn’t. Every time I load into my game, regardless of saving or uninstalling and reinstalling, my settings never change and always revert back to default regardless of what I try to do. It’s become so annoying to the point where I’ve stopped playing all together.
This has been happening to me as well and for some reason the settings only saved when my game glitched and wouldn’t let me see anything online because it was saying my ea account wasnt linked (even though it was), but now that I’ve re-linked it my settings aren’t saving again. So, at least in my experience, it’s either remake your settings every time you open the game, or play without the gallery, event rewards, and other online features.
