[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I am having an on going issue (on xbox) that whenever I go to play I have to reset my game options, the control ledgend, my vertical camera control, and the tutorial. EVERY TIME. Also, when I am in CAS I go to choose an occult and the whole game freezes and won't let me hit "B" or anything.
