This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5.
The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

Having the same issue on PS4.
Every time I start the game I need to accept policy, screen adjustment, info that Sims delivery is now "available", Emily pops up with tutorial, controller inlay is shown and the audio setting is not saving for next time! So annoying!
Also always get the hint that I now can place restaurants.
All as if i never played before.
