[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I am an Xbox player and every time I leave the game or restart it my game options that i save it to doesn’t save for example i set my game options to no music and invert camera and then I save it but then when I leave the game or restart it my game options don’t save
