[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

Hi, so I couldn’t find a forum with this particular issue. But as stated in the title, EVERY TIME I launch my game (I’m personally on PS5, but I know Xbox players are having the same issue as well, unaware if PC’s are.) my settings revert back to their default. I get the pop up of agreeing to the EA Terms & Conditions, then to set my Screen UI scale.

Once that’s over I hit my current save and the “Emily Tutorial Guide” pops up and it’s acting like I’m in a brand new save file, needing help, and never played a day in my life when I’m clearly not. (Note to add, my save is fine, my stuff is there it’s just the settings.)

So I have to click her off my screen, along with changing any settings (such as the control help legend overlay) off, along with any pack settings off. I save them every time I get on, but each time I save and exit my game, and get back on, where it’s minutes, hours, or days later…EVERYTHING is reset to the original default settings. No matter what is turned off, changed and then saved…it’s like it’s memory is wiped when it comes to the Terms & Conditions, Screen UI Scale, and the settings in game.🫠 (And yes, my EA account is linked, which I made sure to test if that was the culprit. Unfortunately it was not.)
