[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

It’s so terribly annoying. After the latest update it was all fixed, as I was checking my setting I seen I needed to be logged back into ea. do I did just that then everything when haywire again. The main menu screen switches everytime I get back on, my settings keep reverting back to default, AND NOWW my game crashed last night. First it started with my sim having the scared of the dark fear pop up anytime they went outside even though they overcame the fear and the fear-be-gone did not work. Then my game started glitching and skipping ( I want to blame it on the social bunny app because my game glitches everytime I open it) and then last night it crashed and I got error code 12 when i tried to save it. So ended up deleting that save because I knew it was corrupted. EA PLEASE get it together this is so frustrating and i honestly don’t even have the passion to play anymore bc im afraid this is all going to happen again.
