[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I too am having this issue but only on one of my ps5. The other had the checkbox. Then there was a supposed update now there’s no box and it’s like my game forgets I have adjusted my screen done tutorials accepted agreements. It’s rather annoying.
