[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

I play on console (ps5) and when I restart the game, my settings does not save. Everything to Audio, Tutorial and Tips, Other and Accessibility keeps on resetting. Very annoying. I am very particular with my settings and when they are resetting every time it is inconvenient.

For example: Just loading up my game, SIMS MUSIC is blaring (I turn it down for a reason). Then i look in the settings; audio is all the way up. Go down to Game Camera; invert camera is unchecked. ALL of the Controls Overlay is on ( I know how to play the game lol).
