This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5.
The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SD...

everyone I log in I have to adjust tv screen.
I have pop up about sims delivery.
I have pop ups about high-school lot, haunted house, spa day lot and tiny house
I have pop up for when I go into gallery
I my game settings never stay saved and in build mode I alway have auto counters off and now it stays on
I even started receiving email about sims 4 related things when I never received that.
. I'm on ps5 and I can't link ea cause it says an account is already attached
