I have had the same thing happen a few times now within the last two weeks. Game & Xbox console are up to date & I didn’t recently get any new packs. VERY frustrating.
it just happened to me now when I had one of my sims take a selfie during a baby shower event - after I finished taking photos (one of the event tasks) it went back to the normal screen but missing ALL of the panels and my selector arrow, the way it clears everything when you go into Live Cam mode, and only shows the top right options. I can’t save, go to build mode, or manage worlds as it thinks it’s still in the camera mode and says “cannot do this while taking photos”.
