Sul sul! After the Feb. 3rd update, stair railings no longer appear on existing builds (including base game builds and builds from the gallery) in my saves. I play on my MacBook air and do not use any mods or CC. Game version is 1.121.342.1230.
Click on the stairs. There should be a drop down menu to add railings to either side or both.
I'm able to add railings. The issue is more that all railings that already existed in saves prior to the update have been removed. I would have to go into every build and add railings, even though they were there prior to the update.
I noticed it as well. I decided to delete the save just in case. I don't want to guess what railings go where with 50+ builds (including lots that I have not worked on, hidden lots, and lots I have not touched), and it's possible that it affects any builds downloaded from the gallery.
