[IL] Signed Fishing Spots Not Working in Sulani

I'm having the same issue, none of the posted fishing signs in Sulani are working. My sim just stands there and waves like something is in the way. I honestly have no idea how long it's been an issue for me as I don't usually play in Sulani, so just noticed it yesterday. I have not tested it with today's patch, nut since nothing was listed in the patch notes, I'm assuming it still doesn't work. I'm trying to complete collections with the sim and just need fish from Sulani to finish that one but can only fish in boats there.

Tried with and without mods, I have all expansions, game and stuff pack, some kits. Tried with different saves and a fresh save to see if the issue was possibly a corrupt save, same result with each test.
