[RL] Children from unplayed Nobles don't receive title/not added to Dynasty

When members of the pre-loaded Dynasties (unplayed) have children (Capp, Monty, Thebes, etc) from neighborhood stories, they are not automatically added to the dynasty and do not get their parent's noble title. I can add them to the dynasty by playing as the household head but they still do not receive their parent's noble titles (Lord, Lady, etc). It kind of defeats the purpose of having a dynasty and lineage system for those unplayed households

I did not start a new save for Royalty and Legacy so that could be part of the issue. Playing on PC. No Mods or CC

  • Same here, playing rotationally, I have to be actively playing the household when the baby is born otherwise they will not receive their parent's title. For now I am going to use the Pause labor feature from MCC so I can switch households and be present for the birth. But I play rotationally and have a ton of noble households so this is a pain

The only work around for now would be to use MC Command center and turn on pause labor. You will get a pop up whenever a sim is about to give birth and then you can go into that household and be present

Just adding I found a work around for this bug, if they have the title from their parent in the noble career, demoting them changed all their kids titles and fixed it for me, I just promoted them back to king afterwards and all their kids were prince/princess afterwards
