[RL] Exterior details disappear in Ondarion apartments

Hello

its not even been a day and I have found a bug. I am setting up a save file and in my empty build world I was going through all the new builds in Ondarion and bulldozing them. Every time I bulldozed or deleted a wall in the Lakeview apartments in a new or old save (one with mods one without) the exterior friezes would disappear and I couldn't get them back.

Yes, I've been having this issue too. And because you aren't able to access friezes in apartments--even after using the bb.freebuild cheat--you aren't able to add the frieze back on.

Same here and now I saved and can't go back. I didn't know it was because of changing wall colors too. I didn't change/delete any walls.
