[RL] Kissing Frog ignores Sim's romantic preferences

Issue Description:
When a Sim kisses a frog to transform it into a Noble Sim (from the Royalty & Legacy expansion pack), the resulting Sim's gender does not match the active Sim's romantic preferences. For example, a Sim who has romantic preferences set exclusively to "Women" will still receive a male frog. The game's intended behavior, as described in multiple guides, is that the frog's gender should be determined by the active Sim's romantic preferences: if the Sim prefers women, the frog becomes a woman, and if they prefer men, it becomes a man .

Expected Behavior:
When a Sim with romantic preferences set to "Women" kisses a frog, the frog should transform into a female Noble Sim. When a Sim with preferences set to "Men" kisses a frog, the frog should transform into a male Noble Sim. If a Sim has no preferences set, the gender could be either .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Create-A-Sim, set a Sim's romantic preferences to "Women" only.
2. Acquire a Royal Frog (found near ponds, frog logs, or the Zanbira tree in Ondarion) .
3. Place the frog in the Sim's inventory.
4. Interact with the frog and select "Kiss Frog" .
5. Observe the gender of the resulting Noble Sim.

Actual Result:

• The frog transforms into a male Noble Sim.
• The gender of the resulting Sim does not match the active Sim's romantic preferences.
• This occurs even when preferences were explicitly set to "Women" in CAS.

Additional Notes:

• The Royalty & Legacy pack introduced frog-kissing as a whimsical way to meet a potential spouse who starts at Level 7 of the Noble Career .
• If the frog is interested and the Sim is single, the frog will propose marriage on the spot .
• Kissing too many frogs can create a Scandal, which can impact a Sim's Noble Career or Dynasty's Prestige .
• This issue appears to be a regression or bug, as the intended behavior (respecting preferences) is clearly documented in guides and would have been the expected mechanic when the feature was working correctly .

Impact:
Moderate. This bug disrupts the intended fairytale romance experience, especially for players who want their Sim's love story to align with their romantic identity. The gender mismatch can feel jarring and undermines the magical aspect of the feature. If the resulting Sim doesn't match the player's preferences, they may be forced to reject the frog (causing it to disappear) or use cheats to adjust the Sim's gender, which breaks immersion.
