[RL] Sending Breakup Letter not counting towards Villainous Valentine Aspiration

My sim has the Villainous Valentine aspiration and has the option to send forged break up letters through the mailbox. I recently sent one to a couple and the breakup was successful. However, it did not count towards the goal of breaking up 10 couples for the Villainous Valentine aspiration. It is worth noting that I have the Royalty and Legacy pack. I think this pack made it possible for sims to send forged break up letters when it is not Love Day because my sim did not send the letter on Love Day. It is also worth noting the the couple he broke up was a noble couple from the Royalty and Legacy pack.
