After I got the Small business expansion, I've noticed that once I gather collectibles in the neighborhood (rock piles, frog logs, etc) that they don't respawn the next day, the only way I can get them to respawn is to go to World Manager and reload the lot. I don't play with any mods or cc, and I play on PC.
