I've searched the forum and the last update I found was from 7 years ago. Reposting as this is a new issue for me.

Ideas
Rocks, logs, snow globes, dig sites, etc. are not spawning in world. Even if many sim hours are spent on a lot, collectables will not spawn. Leaving and coming back does not respawn. The Curator Aspiration is now impossible to complete.
I'm having the same problem. Once I collect them they just don't respawn and it doesn't matter how many hours my sim has spent there.
