[S] Can’t plant certain plants, regardless of the season

I'm having the same problem, playing in Chestnut Ridge. At first, I thought it was because I was trying to plant in winter, but now I'm a week into spring, and the weather is warm, and nothing can be planted. I do use mods, but have tried moving them all to my desktop to test, and I'm still experiencing the bug.

I think you're right. Because it happened in my fairy save specifically, and I know they enchanted the plants the produce came from. But it is random, sometimes it’s fine, others it’s not. So it makes it hard to figure it out exactly

I did some testing and this glitch seems to be very random. I MAY have something to do with planting produce from plants that have been enchanted by a fairy before.

Thanks. Reason I asked was that I found an old fixed report but that was for sheltered plants only.

Guess not the same then.

does it matter if you plant them sheltered or not ?

I did use the same sim, save, and also the same lot. I tested another new save, and it works fine. Then I went back to my previous save, with a different sim, and it worked fine as well, but later I was unable to plant again. It’s pretty inconsistent with when it shows up, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t, kinda flip flops between the two for me.
