Hi there,
I found raining indoor is still persistent but only for penthouse lot (and maybe apartment lot as well, I haven't checked that yet). I found the Sim didn't open the umbrella indoor btw. There's only raining visually but not affect the gameplay. Please find recorded video attached.

Do you have the issue only on existing saves or also in a new one ?
