Will the development team ever get to work on fixing this huge bug? with all the money we spend on packs, it's an insult to have an unplayable game
i don't know what the case is, but in the concept of the benefit for the doubt, they probably are trying to fix this bug at present, but they haven't found a sure-fire fix as opposed to a quick fix. Or, when they find something that fixes it, a different bug comes into effect or an already existing one gets worse. Alas... we will never know since transparency is not possible.
