Ideas
It rains inside my house. If I go into first person view I can see the water coming down even with the walls up. My sim keeps getting naked at the hospital to try to shower in the rain. And my child sim is afraid of storms but can't even escape it by going inside. It sounds like this has been an issue for a while now
