[S] Weather Effects Occurring Inside Structures

I'm getting the visual of rain falling inside my buildings, but I'm not getting puddles under the roof even when there's puddles outside, and the plants in my greenhouse still need watering even when there's an actual thunderstorm going on. Also electronics like the stereo and computer seem to be unaffected; I haven't put one of those outside in years but my memory says they break if they're left out in the rain. And the only sim I've seen struck by lightning was outdoors playing in the rain when it happened. So as with snow not accumulating on the floor under a roof, I think we're just getting the visual of snow or rain inside our buildings, not real weather effects. Does this match what everyone else is seeing?

The visual is still annoying and immersion-breaking and needs to be fixed, but as bugs go it could be a lot worse. It's not actually affecting gameplay.
