The “under investigation” began months ago, and there has been no Update or further transperancy about the issue. If you find that acceptable, that’s perfectly fine, but I and many others don’t.
I'm with you!! They seem to defend EA a lot and seem to take it personal when we say anything against them, weird.
It would be nice to hear something more than just acknowledged or whatever.
