This has been happening to me for at least a few months now! Previously, rain/snow would only happen indoors if part of the ceiling was missing. But a few months ago, regardless of the ceiling being finished or not, it shows rain/snow indoors. My sims do not recognize the snow/rain indoors, but it is visibly there. Thankfully it does not accumulate into puddles or snow piles.
