Weather being seen indoors has been a pain in my side since it made its way into my game when an update "fixed" the issue for those who actually had it. I did not have this issue until that specific bug "fix" update. I refuse to play with seasons disabled, otherwise what was the point of buying the Seasons EP? This is a new save in an apartment so I know it's not a roofing issue.
I'm on PC and have no mods installed after today's update.
