Finally after 5 months I solved the problem!
Lol. No. She or he ditched The Sims and plays another game.
If they are like me, they quit playing because no mod to fix the issue can be found. I stopped playing Sims 4 6ish month ago because of this and another bug. I have only been trying to watch for official fixes and play my other favorite franchise that does not have gamebreaking bugs.
