Saving issues and deleting save files when trying to save

Im on console and am actively having an issue with the new autosave feature, its not autosaving my games and when i go to save them myself i cant and i get error 34 and on top of that when i give up and return to menu i realize the game file deleted itself after trying to overwrite it! Another bug i am having is saving lots and households to the gallery as well as uploading to the gallery! Please fix this, the game is literally unplayable because its literally not saving like its supposed to!
