[FR] Residential Rentals: Second floor unavailable on map

Basically... look at the far-right lot and you will see the full build. There should be two floors, however there are no arrows to go up and down when selecting the desired rental I wish to play with. Adding to the problem, I have created a sim that lives on the second floor and I cannot even access them.

Further adding to this... I went into Build Mode on the lot and it reverted back to the house that was previously there. I then exit to main menu and my container build is still there. 

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• It does sounds potential save game corruption. Is this the only lot that reverts back ?

more on this.  When I play another sim for a while, then log out and back in the upstairs options are again visible.  I am at a loss when considering why it happened, (it happened once before but I thought was a one off).  

same here. it just happened recently. my workaround is enter to build mode (to the lot, not a unit) from world map and then go back. but it's kinda exhausted to do it every rental lot in the save file. 

Update: I tried to enter the build mode of Residential Rental lot from the world map and experienced endless loading screen. Strangely, it's going back to normal once I evicted all household from all RR lots (except the pre-made ones and some unplayed households that I have them as townies to be spawned in particular world), and made my played households buy those RR lots. So far, there's no more endless loading, the empty lots within the same neighbourhood issue as I've been experiencing recently has gone back to normal (ref: here).

It seems like the empty lot issue might relate to this one, which relates to RR lot as well. 

Update: After it's been solved since I let my sim bought a RR lot. I experience the same problem again when I placed a new RR lot from gallery. This also cause any other RR lot in the same save file.. Then if I want to play the household on that lot or enter the build mode from the world map, there will be endless loading screen.

Apparently, I have to make my sim who lives in any other Residential lot type bought the RR lot.
