Also getting this issue now, I can't save my own builds to my library or upload to the gallery, I can browse the gallery but I simply can't save and/or share my own stuff which is really disheartening. I deleted mods (even though I don't use CC in my builds), local cache, and repaired, I still get the same error as everyone else is.
