I've noticed gallery problems lately as well. Added my vote to this thread. Hoping for a quick fix as I have a huge build I would like to save.
EDIT: I have TOOL as the only mod, which TMex always keeps up-to-date. I never considered removing it but I think it's why I've been having gallery problems (not the mod in general but just having a mod). After removing TOOL, the game gave me some grief when I tried saving my lot again, but it did finally work. So if you've been like me and not removed your mods because they're up-to-date 😁remove them and try again.
