I have had this same issue too when trying to upload lots to my library. Frustrating because since they're community lots I can't visit them in my game for now because I don't want to have to clean up a bunch of NPC trash before I can upload those lots. Had this happen both with a larger lot with more items and a 30x20 lot with a lot fewer items
