I've been playing Sims 4 consistently on Xbox every day for the past few months and didn't have this issue until today after I swapped out some base game rocks on a lot for the ones from Snowy Escape, lol.
What worked for me: Once prompted with the error after clicking "Save Lot to My Library", I waited for the Lot Information panel underneath it to disappear, which only took a few seconds. Then I clicked OK on the error panel and my lot was still saved to the Gallery.
